Learning about habits and systems this month. It’s crazy how if we just focus on one little improvement and attempt to keep improving in small doses each day, those add up!
Im learning to not focus on the goal. Rather, focus on the systems. Focus on gradual improvement each and every day. We are either getting better or we are going backwards. Go forward today. Choose your life. Believe in yourself.

Today is day 1 of a 42 day strong challenge that I have started at my gym. I am fasting for 16 hours. I feel pretty good so far. Exercised this morning and got my meals planned for the day.
I was thinking so much about “winning” this competition. Truthfully, the real winning will be within. It will be challenging myself and getting through it. The battle is always you vs you.
